Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What time is Check in?
A: Check in is between 8:00-9:00 a.m.
Q: What time will camp be over?
A: Camp will conclude at 12:00 p.m. on June 15th. Campers will be dismissed directly from the fields.
Q: What meals will be provided?
A: June 14th- Dinner
Q: What is the first meal of camp?
A: Campers will be on their own for lunch for both days for lunch as LUNCH will not be provided. There will be a pizza Dinner chalk talk with coaches on Saturday before the evening session.
Q: Will there be a camp store?
A: Yes. Campers can purchase clothing and other field hockey equipment and apparel at the camp store.
Q: What does a Commuter Camper do between sessions?
A: Campers are welcome to relax and socialize between sessions. Campus tours will also be offered.  
Q: Will we be playing on turf?
A: Yes. Camp will be held on the turf field located in Deeds Stadium. Turf shoes are the suggested footwear for camp. 
Q: What do I need to bring to camp?
A: You will need to supply the following:
  • Any Remaining Camp Balance
  • Any Liability, Health Forms that have not previously been submitted (online registrants submitted these forms during the online registration process) They can be found HERE
  • Face Masks
  • Field Hockey Stick
  • Goal keepers MUST Bring A Full Set of Equipment
  • Goggles are Optional as FIH Rules Prohibit Their Use
  • Water Bottle, Gatoraid, snacks
  • Cross Trainers/Cleats/Running shoes (for Indoor Fields)
  • Mouth Guard
  • Shin Guards
  • Sun Block
